BLM/Elijah McClain Protest that took place June 27, 2020 at the Aurora Municipal Center campus off Alameda Parkway in Aurora, CO. This is a digital image of the Aurora Police Department swat team lined up facing the crowd. The are in full riot gear the officers in the front line are all holding large batons in both hands across their bodies in an aggressive stance. They all have gas masks and helmets with face covers on. They have protective padding from head to toe. Yellow tasers can be seen on some of their belts along with radios and other equipment. Dressed in all black with white and black patches that read, "POLICE" and the Aurora Police Department seal on their protective vests. The line of officers behind them are wearing full riot gear and holding large gas canister riot guns across their bodies in an aggressive stance. People can be seen to the left and right facing the swat team. The Aurora Municipal Court and the Aurora History Museum can be seen in the background. The sun is starting to set and the police want the crowd to leave. |
