Description |
Object is helmet used by Aurora Police Department. Helmet is round and bucket style, slightly lower in back, and made out of hard material, possibly kevlar. Exterior is gold with blue trim and a police insignia on the front. Bottom half of three silver snaps are attached on front and a black plastic strap is snapped to the back. Interior is black with black fabric straps that criss-cross at top of head and a round piece of styrofoam attached at top of head for comfort. On either side are two black leather ear flaps attached to black fabric chin straps with a white plastic chin cover. |
