Description |
Object is helmet used by Aurora Police Department. Helmet is round and bucket style, slightly lower in back, and made out of hard material. Exterior is light blue with a dark blue border and a black plastic lip around the edge. A three dimensional silver police insignia is on the front. Insignia is in the shape of an eagle with its wings outstretched perched on top of a rectangular shape with the State of Colorado seal at the center. A dark blue hard plastic visor is attached to front of helmet with three silver snaps on a silver trim. Interior is gray plastic with eight black foam pads. Two leather ear flaps attach to a black fabric chin strap with a black plastic buckle. |
